Since March 2014, Marcello Calabrò is Global Head of CIB Marketing and member of CIB
Executive Committee. Marcello has over 20 years of experience working in the field of
financial communication and he started his career with Unilever as Corporate Auditor.
Before joining UniCredit, he worked for San Paolo IMI Asset Management SGR and as
Senior Consultant in Barabino & Partners.
Marcello joined Pioneer in 2002 as Head of Marketing and Investment Communications
in Italy and further developed his career within the company; after holding the position
as Head of International Marketing, he was appointed Head of Marketing, Identity &
Communication in 2009. In his last role at Pioneer Investment, as Global Head of
Strategic Marketing, Identity & Communication, he focused – among other things – on
repositioning of Pioneer’s brand, a key initiative of the company’s strategic growth plan.
Marcello holds a degree in Business Administration from L. Bocconi University in Milan.

Nicodemos Damianou joined JCC Payment Systems Ltd as CEO in December 2017.
Before that he served as Chairman of the Board Risk Committee of the Company since March 2014. Nicodemos holds a PhD in Security Management of enterprise distributed systems from Imperial College London, an ScB in Computer Science from Brown University, USA and an MBA from the University of Cyprus.
He has more than 17 years of combined experience in the Banking industry, with emphasis on internal control systems and payments; before joining JCC he was heading the Operational Risk and Data Governance functions for the Bank of Cyprus Group.

George Miltiadous is an independent consultant and has worked in Open Banking since 2017. In his role
as Head of Open Banking Delivery for HSBC, he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of HSCB’s Open
Banking regulatory programme and he acts as an advisor to the HSBC’s Open Banking commercialisation
initiatives. He liaises with regulators, policy makers and standards bodies across Europe.He is a member of the Programme Mangers’ Group and the Delivery Working Group at the UK Open Banking Implementation Entity, and a member of the Steering Group at the Open Banking Europe initiative. Prior to his current role, George held a series of strategy positions for Lloyds Banking Group, leading strategy development for the small business banking segment.
